When the Australian Museum decentralised their Content Management System they called us in to train their scientists, curators, education and visitor services team how to write for the web first. Working with their wonderful information and incredible thinkers, we trained over 300 staff members on how best to work with the Museum’s online content. This focused on real-life examples and tackled tricky issues such as how do you turn a PHD on frog-mating into user-friendly content? We also contributed content to the Museum’s site by re-working the Permanent Exhibitions content into more accessible information.
